Terms of use

1. The service and its availability

Ziweave is an independently operated software project that calculates natal and timing chart context and makes supported results available through a website and connected AI interfaces. These terms explain use of the public website and account features when access is provided. The homepage states current availability.

The website provides account features, product information, these terms, and our Privacy Policy. The Ziweave plugin is not yet listed for public installation; an available connection requires its own sign-in and authorization. Descriptions of future features do not grant access to a private preview or promise a launch date. An AI conversation or copied prompt does not install Ziweave or establish a working connection.

2. Your account and eligibility

The person operating a Ziweave account must be at least 18. By continuing to sign in or use Ziweave, you confirm that you meet this requirement and agree to these Terms. This eligibility requirement is independent of the birth date used in a chart. Do not share sign-in credentials, impersonate another account holder, or attempt to access an account that is not yours.

Each account has one editable saved chart. You may replace its details, but should only submit information you are entitled to provide. The service does not offer a multi-person chart library or let a request select a different user’s account.

3. Chart input and interpretation

Review the date, calendar, time, time zones, and calculation settings in each preview. A separate explicit confirmation saves the change. Unknown birth times should not be guessed as midnight; changes in input or calculation settings can change the result.

Zi Wei Dou Shu is a traditional interpretive system. Ziweave’s charts and AI explanations are intended for self-reflection and exploration, not as a scientifically established prediction of events. An AI can misunderstand a question or explain a chart incorrectly. Check relevant information and use your own judgment.

The service does not guarantee outcomes or replace medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Do not rely on a chart alone for decisions affecting health, safety, money, or another person’s rights.

4. The free edition and referrals

The public account edition is free and starts with three successful chart-context requests in each account-anchored period. Profile setup and edits do not use this allowance. One successful new chart operation uses one request; retrying the same operation does not charge another.

Optional referral codes can raise the recurring allowance to 15. Further eligible referrals can add bonuses for the current period. A first code can be supplied later, but a confirmed referral relationship cannot be changed. Self-referrals, cycles, and fabricated accounts to obtain grants are not permitted.

The account page shows the actual period dates, recurring allowance, bonuses, and remaining usage. Current-period bonuses expire at the period end and do not roll over. There is no paid checkout, subscription purchase, or automatic paid overage on this public site.

5. Responsible use and connected services

Do not bypass authentication or usage limits, interfere with the service, or request unauthorized access to another account’s data. Access may be limited or suspended to address abuse, an account deletion request, or a security problem.

Google and WorkOS handle their portions of sign-in under their own terms. A connected AI service handles your conversations under its terms and settings. Read our AI data-sharing explanation before sending birth details in a chat or requesting chart context through an AI connection.

6. Changes, interruptions, and ending use

Features may change, and access may be interrupted for maintenance or security. We will describe current availability and material changes on the website. If paid features are introduced later, their price and conditions will be shown before a purchase; this page does not authorize any charge.

You can stop using the service, sign out, or use the account interface to request profile or account deletion when it is available. Deletion needs recent authentication and explicit confirmation, and backup cleanup may keep a request pending. See the retention and deletion policy; an AI’s statement is not a deletion receipt. Contact us if you cannot access the direct interface.

7. Contact

Questions about these terms or the service can be sent to alikefox.dev@gmail.com. Please do not include passwords, authentication tokens, or birth details in your initial message.

If these terms change, the revised version and update date will appear here. Material changes to account features will be communicated through the service before they apply.
